LULAC was called to participate with other organizations and the United States Department of Health and Human Services to bring awareness regarding the COVID-19 vaccines for the Juntos Sí Podemos or We Can Do This campaign. Communities across the U.S have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly communities of color. We must do our part in protecting ourselves and our communities by getting vaccinated, boosted and tested.

There has been a surge in COVID-19 cases due to the Omicron, Delta and new emerging variants. It is important to get tested and vaccinated to protect our most vulnerable communities. Current vaccines are expected to protect against severe illness, hospitalizations, and deaths due to infection with the Omicron variant. Below, we are including resources and toolkits in English and Spanish that can be shared with your audiences. Building access to COVID-19 vaccines requires that we work together to get essential information to the people who need it most.

• Vaccine finder tools in English and in Spanish that will help your community find a vaccine
• WhatsApp chat bot Mi Chat to help Spanish-speaking communities get vaccinated against COVID-19. You may also access the chat by using our QR code.
